We have the same issue with this agency, they say they will refund money but they will not. Worst travel agency ever! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

We have not received a single penny of the $1,376.54 USD the they stole from our credit card. Nothing but promises from them.! It's been 50 days since they took it,. And all they say is that it will take 10-15 days to process. Jeff T.

when will I have my e-ticket
I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.

Why they never advertised that I would be charged in American funds.
Initially I did not see it was in USD funds but later after booking, usd starts to show up.

I also got fooled and when I realized what happened, only minutes after booking, I called the company and was told that once the ticket is booked, I am out of luck. Shame on them. They will suffer the consequences of unethical business eventually. And people like me willl suffer the consequences of using them.

MyFlightSearch quotes for travel are in US funds. Not a problem... problem is with customer support which is non existent.
