Thief and scammers

Thief and scammers, Let me tell you the reality of xcelserv, never salaries on time, you will get paid once in 2-3 of months. They are deducting PFs and tax but not submitting. A so called Electrician has more power than CIO, CTO, PM, AM & VPs. Scamming and doing fraunds with customers. Blocked the reviews on google for all regions. ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE, THEY ARE ASKING TEAMS TO MAKE FAKE ACCOUNT AND SUBMIT 5 STAR REVIEWS.

I advise never to use this site to get a plane ticket or anything else

I advise never to use this site to get tickets. It is a total scam. The authorities would be wise to visit their headquarters in Seattle, if there is one, which has yet to be verified. I have never seen a so-called travel agency like this one.

Waiting forever for a refund.

Scam or the likes. Booked almost three months ago and cancelled within ten minutes of booking. Like others here, get a run around or lose my call to them for a refund. If I talk to a person there I have had many "stories" about my refund and all are false. Any suggestions on how one gets their 244:00$ back? This is stealing!

Do not use this company !!!!! they book via other agents ie loveholidays travel republic etc and use your card but add money on - they pretend to be you ***** total Fraud going on here ***** be aware !!!!!

Do not use myflightsearch.com

I have been waiting almost three months for my credit card to be credited for the amount that I am owed. I cancelled my ticket within the allowable time to avoid any penalty. I have called about the status of my credit and they simply tell me it will be done. Their site says credits should be made within two billing cycles.

Terrible customer service

I cancelled my flight reservation the same day I made it after finding a better deal elsewhere. More than 2 months later my credit card has not been credited for the ticket. Trying to contact them is very difficult. I will never use this "service" again.

Scam

I accidentally booked a flight through them and never had a ticket. When I called, they said I would need to pay an additional almost $400 to actually get a ticket. I told them I wouldn't do that and they said they'd refund me in full and never have. It's been 3 months. When you call them, they act like there's a bad connection and hang up on you. Business dealings like this are so disheartening. Do not trust Myflightsearch.com

Booked a flight through MFS in Nov 2021…

Booked a flight through MFS in Nov 2021 for an April '22 flight. (Edit here: Looking back, It thought I was booking through one of the major travel sites, but somehow MyFlightSearch inserted themselves into the transaction. The charge even showed up on my CC as Frontier Airlines. I had to dig to discover MFS actually got my money) MFS never actually purchased the ticket, I called Frontier, they had no record of it. I called MFS and asked for a refund which they said they would do, and they sent an email confirmation that the refund was 'in process'. It's now over 90 days since. I have tried to call them again and again but the call just gets disconnected. Tried emailing them, occasionally get a response saying to wait a few more days. I don't know whether the company is just a scam or they are just completely incompetent.

This is nothing but a big scam. Have been an employee there for almost seven months. Had to leave because they don't pay salary maximum complaints. We used to handle this because they don't issue the ticket, but charge the money. And when you ask for a refund, they cancel the ticket. But the refund is pending. I have seen cases where refund were spending for more than two to three years. Please reconsider the four booking. If you fool enough, take your chance and book yourself.

Thief Company

This company and high authorities are thief, not paying salaries on time ever. I never see that much worst company ever, They cheat with employee and also cheat with customers, not giving employee PF, Salaries, and If employee resigned- That's the best thing for them they never giving the pending salaries and also hold the next coming months salaries. The story is very long, don't be with this company, xcelserv solution Pvt. Ltd. and Myflightsearch.com and Icheapflight.com and so many website they have only for fraud.

We have not received a single penny of the $1,376.54 USD the they stole from our credit card. Nothing but promises from them.! It's been 50 days since they took it,. And all they say is that it will take 10-15 days to process. Jeff T.

A:

I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.

Initially I did not see it was in USD funds but later after booking, usd starts to show up.

I also got fooled and when I realized what happened, only minutes after booking, I called the company and was told that once the ticket is booked, I am out of luck. Shame on them. They will suffer the consequences of unethical business eventually. And people like me willl suffer the consequences of using them.

MyFlightSearch quotes for travel are in US funds. Not a problem... problem is with customer support which is non existent.
